Free Shipping on All Orders

Every order ships free within the United States. No minimums, no codes, no surprises at checkout.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier performance. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional time.

3. Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and look for delivery notices. If you cannot locate your package after 48 hours, contact us at support@nightshiftenergy.com. For packages lost or damaged in transit, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you need to change your shipping address after ordering, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.

7. Subscription Orders

Subscription orders ship automatically based on your selected frequency and always include free shipping. You will receive a shipping notification for each shipment. (Subscription availabilty coming soon)
